Our team will work closely with you to review your product, and ensure our factory submits an initial prototype sample to your exact specifications. Quick Guidelines To Know Before Reaching Out To Us

  • As an overseas factory we are not set up to manufacture very small quantities.
  • Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities) on average start at 300-500pcs (per style/color).
  • We typically submit 1st prototype counter samples, before we begin bulk production.
  • We will provide our expertise in helping you develop your product to your exact specs.

New Product Development Services:

  • Source & communication with our best/most suitable overseas factory for pre-production (PP) development
  • Sourcing of all main body and secondary fabrics (as required) ‘For approval’
  • Review & dispatch all Reference Samples to be used in the development process to the overseas factory. (All freight charges are included)
  • Development of Production Ready Tech Pack(s) as required, including all size specifications
  • First Pattern Creation based on reference sample/tech pack including any/all ‘Fit’ adjustments
  • Pattern revisions and adjustments may be required
  • Sourcing of all trims, hardware and other accessories may be required
  • Sewing/Construction of First Prototype /Pre-Production Sample
  • Sewing/Construction of ‘Revised’ Prototype /Pre-Production sample as required
  • Screenprint/Embroider/Patches on prototype sample as required
  • Fit Testing and evaluation
  • Courier fees TO our Overseas Factories/Courier Fees from our Factory to the USA/Ground freight to destination
  • 1 Revised Prototype sample IF required
  • Approval confirmation of Pre-Production Samples
  • At issuance of Bulk Production Purchase Order- Full Size Set samples to be submitted for final approval by buyer prior to Cut & Sew
