Frequently Asked Questions

We welcome the production of multiple products, based on the budget that has been allocated for bulk production. Development of new products can be extensive, so it’s preferable to only develop new products for which bulk production will follow.

Start by completing and sending our online contact form, providing a brief description of your project. If possible attach artwork of the item you would like to be developed & produced.  We will respond within 1-2 days advising on how we can best proceed. You may also call us at (949) 439-7654 or if practical we can set up a face to face meeting.

It varies based on the product and the fabric, but in general minimum order quantities are 300-500pcs per color and per style.

Yes, after approving your artwork or actual reference sample, we will proceed to having a 1st prototype/preproduction sample made for your review.  It generally takes 3-4 weeks for you to receive the sample.

Yes, subject to review by our legal department.

We recognize that receiving a 1st prototype sample of your product is an absolute necessity to moving forward. Cost of prototypes vary depending on complexity of product, fabric and any special trims/logo requirements. We will confirm cost of prototype sample, upon receipt of artwork or actual sample to be produced. Thank you.

All of our prices are quoted LDP (Landed, Duty Paid), port of Long Beach, CA.  Which means that Outsource I.D. is responsible for production of your products, overseas ocean freight, U.S. customs clearance/brokerage and local shipment to an authorized devanning warehouse.  Once goods are released, we will advise you and the shipment then becomes your responsibility.  Outsource I.D. can assist you in finding competitively priced ground freight to the final destination of your choice.

Yes, but we will still need a rough image, picture or representative sample of what you are looking to develop & produce.  From there our design department will provide factory ready artwork (Tech Pack) and forward you a copy for your review and approval.   Fees apply.

Yes, provided it is a soft good (cut and sew). Send us your product/concept and we will confirm with certainty our capabilities of developing/producing your product.

Yes, but minimum fabric yardage/ product sewing and color quantities apply.  We are also capable of helping you with preparing factory ready artwork for bulk production. Fees Apply.

Once you place your purchase order and payment arrangements have been made, we will proceed to provide you with all items for your review and approval.

(ie. Colors/Fabric/Fit/logo’s/trims/and any other item that requires approval)

Before we actually move forward with bulk production a final Pre-Production sample will be delivered to you.  Prior to factory exit a final top of production (T.O.P.) sample taken at random will be delivered for your final approval.

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our product 100%.  Should  the product not correspond to what was ordered or if you find any material defects above industry accepted tolerance level, within 90 days of receipt of the product, we will issue a credit or refund (at our discretion). Call us and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
