Step 1.

Concept & Strategy

In order to have the best custom clothing manufacturer, just reach out to us by phone or email.

Provide us with pictures or sketches of items you wish to manufacture. We will respond within 48 hours with our expert suggestions on how to best move forward. It’s really that EASY!

Timeline: 1-3 Days

Sample Development
Step 2.

Development of Sample(s)

As one of the best wholesale custom clothing manufacturers, Outsource I.D. will provide the accurate cost estimates and minimum order quantities (MOQs) for your approval. Then, based on your artwork or reference sample, our factory will deliver a 1st prototype sample for your review and feedback.

Timeline: 21-30 Days

Step 3.

Custom Apparel Manufacturing

After approving the prototype sample, send us a Purchase Order and the manufacturing process will begin.

As your custom clothing manufacturer, we will only begin the Cut & Sew process once you approve the final pre-production (PP). The PP sample is produced in actual fabric, trims, logo, fit etc.

Once everything looks good, we begin manufacturing your products.

Timeline: 45 to 60 Days

Step 4.

Shipping

We will keep you updated at every phase of the production cycle. Once your products are ready to ship, we will arrange Ocean Freight, U.S. Customs Clearance, and the best delivery to your final destination.

Timeline: 20-30 Days
